Let’s get right to it!

Sunday- One Pan Balsamic Chicken and Veggies

This is a great quick and easy dish for when you are in a hurry or too tired to cook.

Monday- Thai Zucchini Noodles with Spicy Peanut Sauce

Tuesday- One Pan Mexican Quinoa

This makes great left overs for lunch the next day!

Wednesday- Zucchini Noodles with Cilantro Lime Chicken

Thursday- Easy Garden Skillet

I usually double this recipe, it is absolutely delicious and you will most definitely want to go back for more!

Friday- Quinoa Stuffed Pepper Casserole

Saturday- Sweet Potato Noodles with Sage Brown Butter Sauce
