Alright Monday, let’s do this!!
Sunday– The Best Grilled Chicken with grilled garlic squash
So… our A/C broke yesterday 😦 Did I mention it was 107*??? There was no was I was using my oven/stove (or anything else that would make our house hotter), so the only other choice we had was grilling. I loved the chicken recipe from last weeks meal plan and the spices are all ones that I keep on hand so it was easy making the switch to this delicious recipe. I’m seriously considering making a large batch of this spice rub and storing it in an extra spice jar so it’s always readily available, it’s just that good!!
Thankfully our A/C guy was able to come out first thing this morning (5:45am!!) and now our A/C is working better than ever!
I had so much bolognese sauce left over from Saturday, I just decided to make this recipe again to use it up. Plus, Brynlee loved it! She gobbled it right up as if I’d used real spaghetti!
Wednesday-Crock Pot Honey Balsamic Pulled Pork
Thursday– Pulled Pork Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
I know we will have tons of pork leftover from Wednesday recipes, so I’ll use it up today. Stuffed sweet potatoes are delish!
Friday– Slow Cooker Quinoa Tex Mex
Saturday– Baked Sweet and Sour Chicken
I’ve made this a few times and it’s definitely a fam fav!
