Sunday- BBQ Chicken Stuffed Sweet Potatoes, I just made some BBQ chicken, baked a couple of sweet potatoes, cracked them open then stuffed them with the BBQ chicken. Delish!! And so filling, one sweet potato can easily serve 2 people.
Monday- Thai Chicken Zucchini Noodles with Spicy Peanut Sauce, a favorite of ours that is always on repeat.
Tuesday- Mississippi Roast and Veggies
**Have you tried these crockpot liners? They are a must!!! Makes clean up super easy, I always have them in my pantry and won’t crockpot without them.**
Wednesday- Roasted Cauliflower Pasta
Thursday- Kale, Sausage and White Bean Soup
Friday- Out of Town
Saturday- Out of Town
I lucked out this week and got two night off, Wa-Hoo!!!!
